Holistic Therapy
A space to return to yourself
We live in a world that asks us to be in our heads almost all the time. Planning, analysing, optimising, performing. The body—that wise, feeling, living thing that carries us—often gets left behind.
My holistic therapy practice is an invitation back into the body. Into presence. Into the quiet, steady intelligence that lives beneath all the noise.
My Approach
I work integratively, drawing on a range of modalities depending on what each person needs:
- Somatic Movement Therapy — using gentle, intentional movement to access and release held tension, emotion, and patterns stored in the body
- Breathwork — conscious breathing practices to regulate the nervous system, open the chest, and expand capacity for feeling
- Energy Work — intuitive energetic support to help shift stagnation and restore flow
- Dance as Therapy — using free movement and guided dance to process emotions and reconnect with vitality
Who Comes to See Me
People come for many reasons. Some are going through a life transition—a breakup, a career change, a loss. Some are burned out and can’t quite find their way back to themselves. Some have done a lot of talk therapy and sense that there is something deeper, something the body holds that words haven’t been able to reach. Some simply feel disconnected and want to feel more alive.
All are welcome. Sessions are offered with warmth, safety, and deep respect for your pace and boundaries.
Sessions
Sessions are available in person (location shared upon booking) and online via video call. A typical session lasts 60–75 minutes. I recommend starting with at least four sessions to begin to experience the depth of the work.
I offer a free 30-minute introductory conversation for anyone curious about whether this work is right for them—no obligation, just a chance to connect and ask questions.
