About Me
Dancer. Music Producer. Healer. Human.
My name is Hila Soul, and movement is the language I was born speaking.
I grew up mesmerised by the way music could shift a room—the way a single rhythm could make a stranger become a partner, and a partner become a mirror. Lambada found me young, and I haven’t stopped dancing since. What began as a passion became a path, and that path has woven itself into every corner of my life: the music I produce, the healing work I offer, and the classes I teach.
I trained extensively in lambada, Brazilian zouk, and sensual dance forms across Brazil, Europe, and the Middle East. I’ve performed on international stages and taught students from absolute beginners to advanced dancers. But what I love most is that moment in a class when someone stops thinking and starts feeling—when the body takes over and something in the eyes just… opens.
Music as Medicine
My music production work grew directly out of my dance life. I was always searching for tracks that carried a certain kind of soul—music that could hold a dance floor and hold a heart. Eventually I started making them myself. My productions blend world music influences—Brazilian rhythms, Middle Eastern textures, Afrobeat pulses—with electronic production and organic instrumentation. I release music independently and collaborate with vocalists, percussionists, and producers across the globe.
Holistic Therapy
The body stores everything. Joy, grief, trauma, love—it all lives in the tissue, the breath, the way we hold our shoulders. My holistic therapy practice integrates somatic movement, breathwork, and energy work to support people in returning to themselves. I work with individuals who are navigating life transitions, burnout, chronic stress, or simply a longing to feel more alive in their own skin.
I hold a deep respect for the intelligence of the body. My approach is gentle, grounded, and tailored to each person I work with.
My Philosophy
Dance, music, and healing are not separate things for me. They are three languages that say the same thing: you are allowed to feel. You are allowed to move. You are allowed to be here, fully, as you are.
If any part of this resonates with you, I’d love to connect. Whether you want to learn to dance, listen to something new, or find a space to breathe and be held—there’s a door open for you here.
